CPU Fan failure

Hey, i’ve just finished my build yesterday night and on startup my cpu fan was struggling to spin, after i gave it a few spins with my fingers it started up as it should, every power on i do it struggles to get spinning, there isn’t any dust or anything and i’m not sure if it’s a software issue, i’ve got Q-Fan control enabled on my asus board.

 

my specs are:

 

Rog strix b550 a gaming

Ryzen 5 5500

(Stock cpu cooler)

Gtx 750ti

16 gb oloy white ram 3200mhz

256gb patriot m.2 boot drive

 

any help would be appreciated, thanks

Connected to the CPU header? Did you calibrate fans in BIOS?

i’ve tested the cpu fan header and  that’s not the problem 

 

how do i calibrate the fans?
