replacing workstation

i need to replace my workstation with 13700k cpu 3050 graphic 32gb ram and raid0 nvme m.2 with a laptop because i cant have a monitor on my desk , i dont care at all about monitor quality even ifeven if it be black and white, i dont care at all about the fan noise even if it sounds like a jot engine, i dont care about the battery life because it 24l7 gonna be pluged in, basically i dont care about anything at all except the raw power to do catia (cad designning softwere) rendering i found some options so far, first lenovo thinkpad p16 gen1 12900hx 32gb ram and a5500 graphic raid 0 nvme, second one is a company called metabox prime-ai with 12900t cpu, 32gb ram, 3070ti graphic but it seems no raid, third is allienwere 12900hk cpu, 32gb ram 3070 graphic probably no raid, noadays almost all high end laptops are at the same power level and what diffrentiate the capability of each one is the stronger cooler, do anyone have any experience with these laptops and know which one has the strongest cooling system please, i only know how to use computers otherwise dont know anything about computers please if you can tell me what to do.

company is gonna paying for it and i have 10000$ australian dollars for this please tell me what is the fastest laptop in the world right now, thank you so much for your time
