Is the EVGA BQ no good? Tier list has it on same level as the SuperNova

No. BQ is Tier C because of the double forward design on the primary. Supernova GT is Tier B. It's a decent LLC unit made by HEC. But the Enermax is better for a lower price. 650w is enough for a system with RTX 3070.

So, I posted in another thread about my planned upgrades. The build below will be the outcome, but someone informed me that my current PSU is known garbage. What is a safe alternative that isn't going to break the bank? I don't care about rgb or modular vs non or any bells and whistles.

Also, I think 700W and above seems fine, but if I'm wrong, please let me know.

Double 16gb ram kit? I want to know why! Anyways, I'm stuck with a shitty Thermaltake PSU too, it's sad that whenever I think of upgrades I have to add in the cost of a new PSU. When I'm looking for a new PSU I often use the OuterVision Power Supply Calculator. I input my system's parts and use the "Recommended PSU Wattage" to look for power supplies from the PSU tier list that fit into those wattage and certification recommended values.

I bought 16gb when I built it, then added another 16gb. My current system has 4 channel ram.
