I get ya, and I kinda like ya… yer doing the best ya can with chaotic supply streams, and infrastructure not designed for mass multi-threaded deployment… yer trying to be responsive to yer customer needs but shit ain’t werking like ya want it to, got it!

 

A few weeks ago, a user suggested doing forum based updates, to update the masses on progress. That’s all we really want… relieve your support staff of the tedious task of telling order # 334507 that their screwdriver is actually coming at some point with Request - Driver Tracker Thread (linustechtips.com)

One tech manager delivering a daily update… if it takes 20 minutes and makes 20 support requests go away, you win. Do it, Trust Me Bro, it will calm the masses.
