XPS 15 gpu issues

Hello there,

 

recently I started to notice a strange issue with my Dell XPS 15 9500 (i7, 1650ti). Any program that uses the dedicated gpu started to crash, some showing a graphics driver error, sometimes even causing a bluescreen.

Already did I clean install of Windows, all drivers should be up to date (Nvidia GeForce Experience says so).

Is there a problem with the hardware of the gpu itself?
