Hey i have an issue with my pc, recently started having random crashes, mostly when idle or just scrolling, gaming seems stable, after some searching in event log, before every shutdown i get this message, when i googled it most people had issue when the temp was high, but in mine log _CRT (critical value) is 294K which is like 20C? Did clean reinstall on os, memtest, DDU everythiing i could google. Nothing worked. Listing my specs for more info:

Using the latest BIOS and the latest chipset driver from AMD (the one AMD released some 10 days ago that fixes some BSOD-s and black screen issues)?

So for your BSODs you look at Event Viewer and pickup an information item to peruse and blame.

INSTEAD OF THE CRITICAL ERROR RIGHT ABOVE IT ???

Do you have Windows Auto-Update on ? What changed lately ?

Use Speccy and read temps.

This critical error literally says nothing just that my pc shut down unexpectedly... so the problem has to be somewhere else, u can see it in pictures i attached. I have win update on. The issue continued on clean reinstall of windows so not much changed. The issue started while playing M&B Bannerlord when my pc froze and its still doing while only playing that game. From that point my pc started freezing when idle. Without BSOD just restarts itself. My temps are around 50C on idle on CPU and 40 on GPU.

But if it's not at least a yellow Warning, it does not belong to the shutdown. Information is like - here are the logs you asked me to deliver.

Not - here is the problem for the critical error above.

Meanwhile, did you run real world temp readings with ANY App. ?
