Budget (including currency): Between 2000-2500€

Country: Spain

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Cyberpunk, Horizon Zero Dawn and its sequel, Elder Scrolls Online, Red Dead Redemption 2, exploratory coding adventures

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Here is my PC Partpicker List, I've already ordered a keyboard and mousepad for it and have a razor mouse I've been using. I'm also upgrading from my brothers tower pc, looking to buy everything through December and would like to start building by late December. Im gonna play on a 1440 p 166 Hz monitor and just want to mostly play beautiful RPG's.

I mostly just want some feedback and suggestions about any info that might be useful to me as I start picking up parts and pieces.

If you are all about playing beautiful RPGs, I'd recommend at least getting a VA monitor. The increased contrasts makes games look way nicer.

Also, if you are going more for the eye candy, I'd wait at least for the new AMD cards, that launch in a week. They should have much better ray tracing performance compared to the 6000 series.

Other than that I'd probably also go for a better SSD with a DRAM cache. Something like a Samsung 970 Evo plus

Never seen any explosive 80+ platinum units, doubt its good but certain that it wont explode because basically nothing but china units and known bad units (looking at you giga pgm) explode, even those low quality oem psus you find in crappy prebuilts never explode even when you stress the crap out of em

Just checked. On two different sites not only is the AZZA brand always the lowest tier but even that model is mentioned as avoid. Can't imagine a platinum version strays too far from its brothers. I'd avoid.

Thank you all for your replies, this has taught me I need to further look into an SSD with Dram Cache and what that entails, and that the  https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/Z690-UD-DDR4-rev-1x#kf is better than the https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B660M-GAMING-X-AX-DDR4-rev-1x#kf worth the 50 extra buck from what I can see. Power Supply wise would there be an issue if I stick to my Corsair?
