PC Not Booting Properly

PC boots fine with old GPU but with the new GPU it stays in the Intel screen with the option to go on BIOS. Any software I need or any idea how to fix it? Driving me crazy I am upgrading from a 1050ti to a 3060 I have a 650w PSU with correct power connectors so I have no idea what is going wrong.

Do you have a list of parts in your build?

 

CPU, Motherboard, RAM, Power Supply, Storage?

Motherboard intel DH67BL. CPU i7 3770k. RAM 16gb. PSU 650W. storage 2tb.

Does the system boot without a graphics card installed? Using the integrated graphics? If so, try entering the BIOS and checking for graphics settings and PCIe settings with the 3060 installed
