Hi everyone! Looking to build my first PC and have a list together. Open to any suggestions on changes to the list. Ive never built out a PC so thank you in advance!

Budget (including currency): $1500 USD 

Country: United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming 1440p-4k (Forza horizon 5, Assetto Corsa Comp, Rocket league, Halo Infinite. Possibly light video editing but not required as i have a macbook for this. Some occasional 3d modeling and 3d printer slicing but not required.  

Other details I have a 4k 60hz samsung r55 to use and razer keyboard. open to mouse suggestions for gaming. 

Current parts list on newegg:

 

GPU unknown. looking for a second had 3060 or 3070 at the moment ($300-$500)  I have found a open box Gigabyte RTX 3070 Vision OC for $450 USD.

A 12th gen motherboard may need a BIOS update to support 13th gen CPU.
