After upgrading my 1060 to a new RTX 3070, I plugged everything in and turned it on with the back panels open. The computer worked fine and I installed fresh drivers for the 3070. However, if I close the panels on the case, the computer turns on but does not output any video. I know that the gpu is getting power because the lights are on and fans are spinning. I'm thinking that this is a cable issue but I can't seem to find it.

Is the power cables pressing on the side panel making it bend in an awkward way?

Unfortunately I cannot tell because my side panel is not transparent. However, on the side with the mobo and gpu, the gpu power cables are pushed against the panel. I do not think this is a problem because the gpu lights and fans were spinning, so I am sure that the gpu is getting enough power.IMG_0841.jpg

The power cables are coupled with 2 8 pin adapters with turn four 6 pin Pcie power cables into two 8 pin ones.
