HDMI splitter that actually works

Hi guys, I'm trying to see if you all can give me a good recommendation for a decent HDMI splitter were i can take one signal and played into two tv's at the same time. My boss purchased one that was like $70 and it works at first but after a couple of hours it starts having picture problems and glitching or coming in and out.
