Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: mainly gaming at 2k: total war, civ, AOE 4, farcry 5, the witcher 3. [ I've been i have been avoiding new games because i was using a gtx 1050 laptop]   

Other details:

I had my gtx1050\intel 7700HQ dell laptop for 4.5 years now, i game mostly on an external 2k monitor, i never had a problem with lowering resolution\low fps but that last straw was needing to decrease unit size in TW three kingdoms to keep late game stability. 

so i need you guys to please help me with this parts list. any mistakes im not seeing or bottlenecks?

alternative way i can take this is a cheaper case ,PSU ,and storage [ i can harvest some more of the laptop] and upgrade cpu to 5800x:
