Server case

Hi all,

I just wanted to know a few things about this server case (link to it is below)

1. Can I put more fans into this server case? If so what are the dimentions supported by the server case

2. Will this case be able to support the following specs:

 - Gigabyte GAMING OC GeForce RTX 3090 24 GB Video Card

 - a Noctua NH-U9 TR4-SP3 46.44 CFM CPU Cooler

EDIT: 3. does this server case come with rails

Airflow on rackmount cases are strictly front to back. You can replace the existing fans with better ones, but those cases aren't built to be quiet.

I didn't see anything about rails, but the case supports them. You'd have to ask the seller.

The only way to add more fans would be to add some hard drive cages with built in fans to the 5.25 inch bays.

 

My 4u rack mount case has a fan wall with 3x120mm fans just behind the front drive cages. It's made by istar. If you're going for a low noise rig I would get one like that and swap all fans for noctuas.

 

Usually rails are purchased separately from the case.

 

Everything should fit.
