GPU Issue

I put together a build like three months ago. I've been having one issue with the build. Sometimes when I boot the computer or come out of sleep mode, the GPU, my Zotac 3080TI will not power on. The computer gets stuck on a boot loop basically. Usually if I reboot the computer multiple times, it will power on. If I reseat the power connectors to the GPU, it will power on. I can reboot the PC several times with no issues and randomly it will have the issue again. My PSU is an 850W. If there is any other information that is needed, please let me know, thank you. Any help would be appreciated.

This could be bios related, worth checking for stability improvements on newer releases.
