To get better quality in videos and streaming, what would you upgrade first on this system? Will a new GPU give me a higher FPS in 1140p, improving video recording and streaming as well? I Do OC my CPU to 4.2Ghz when I am playing and recording or streaming as well, and this output I can only achieve 1080p quality with this current build. I don't have a problem with airflow since my case is open with additional fans.
 

What would you upgrade first on this system now with Black Friday and Boxing Day? Could my CPU be a buttonneck for a 4080 or 3090ti?

What resolution and refresh rate do you want to play at 1440p 244fps and 4k 120fps
