Hi guys, I wanted to build my first pc using the money I have, my budget being around 1400-1500$ and wishing to play any games on it, also doing some video editing. Since it is one of my first plans of building a PC, i thought you guys could help me see the problems It could possibly have and guide me to build the best PC I can on this budget. To be mentioned, I live in Moldova, an Eastern European country. I am limited to only local options and I built the PC using parts available on the website.

P.S. I already have a SSD and monitor, also I will use the AMD stock cooler.

That build that you did is kinda old , now we have newer AMD and intel parts so you can do much better build

I choose Romania because its the nearest place to you also you can still add a cpu cooler and you still have enough money left.

Also if the OP doesn't play many AAA games or doesn't need them on Ultra with 120 fps they might fit a 13th gen Intel.

I agree but I considered to save as much as I can because I don't know how much the shipping cost will be

isn't pcpartpicker sometimes used just to give you an idea of what can you afford or how can you arrange your PC?
