I just got a new NZXT custom pc. It's basally their streaming pro build but I got the flow case and some different RAM. (Ryzen 7 5800X and RTX 3080 and NZXT N7 B550 MOBO)

The issue is my pc will randomly just go black screen and the fans kick up on high but the sound is fine. I can even still talk in discord I just cant see anything. I don't think anything is over heating because it will just happen without even being under load. I've kept an eye on the temps all day and my 3080 never really goes above 60C. I've also tried clean driver install and switching all fans over to performance mode. The PSU that came with the PC isn't the best it could be the problem but that's the only idea I have.

Also, side note the first day or two I had the pc I had no problems. Then I tried to swap to a 1440p monitor then it happened the first time so i swapped back to my normal monitor and it is still happening.

Reseat the graphics card, make sure there's no dust in the PCIe slot while you're at it.

Also, check if your DP/HDMI cable is tightly inserted in its port both on your graphics card and your monitor.

I'll try that. I already checked the cables definitely not those. When I first got the PC I kind of went through and made sure every thing had a good connection.

I reseated the card and backdated to an even older driver. I ran benchmarks (heaven ect.) for awhile to see if anything would get hot or if it would black screen again. Nothing got too hot or blackscreen.  I'm hoping the driver was the issue.
