whats aux and is that high

AUX is the voltage input for the internal voltage regular for a bunch of the CPUs internal voltages like VCCSA. Stock is 1.8V, and raising it to 2V can sometimes help with memory stability while making the CPU ever so slightly more efficient, though it's not really necessary. All that matters is that the AUX voltage is higher than all the internal voltages that are derived from AUX, and it does tend to prefer being within a certain range above the different values

and surly system agent doesn’t need more than 1.1-1.15v ?

Depends on what you're doing. 3200MT/s CL16, yeah you don't need more than 1V to get that stable. 3600 CL14 or something faster or running quad rank memory (128GB of RAM), then yeah system agent does need to be going upwards of 1.35V in order to get it stable.

That said, 1.35V is still safe for the CPU, so I wouldn't really worry about lowering it if it's stable. In some situations (mainly when in Gear 2/4) having it be too high can cause issues, but in Gear 1 on DDR4 that doesn't really matter since the voltages at which it would start causing issues being too high are way higher than what's safe for long term use.
