Hey, I was wondering how exactly the "Topics" section on the right side of the webpage works. I had originally thought that ALL new posts popped up there, but you could only see the most recent X number of them. Looking at the all activity tab at the top of the website makes me realize that this is not the case. That being said, I am now curious exactly how Topics work.

The Topics panel on the right of the page shows the most recent topics posted to the forum, excluding posts in Off Topic.
