Laptop memory

Hi all, 

 

I just bought a laptop to replace my desktop and I have some questions regarding ram. 

 

It's an Asus strix g15 with 6800h and 3060, and 16gb of ram at 4800mhz and 40-39-39-39. I'm thinking of upgrading to 32gb, but the new ram is 40-40-40-40. Would this have an impact? I don't play, but use a ton of photoshop, lightroom, premiere and LRTimelapse.
