Not sure if i post it where i should but yeah

I want to upgrade an older pc i have (fujitsu esprimo p710) from integrated gpu but im not sure which one to buy so i dont bottleneck it or at least have enough power for it, i mostly play valorant, terraria, fallout 3 and in general easy to run games that dont require high specs but i would like to be able to play gta 5 and online, apex, maybe warzone, destiny 2 etc (in general older titles and not triple a games i.e. mw2,gow ragnarok etc)
Specs: CPU: i5-3330 3ghz (ivy bridge)
RAM: gskill 8gb ddr3 1333mhz dual channel
GPU: Igpu
MOBO: Fujitsu d3161-a1
Right now im runnning a single screen setup (1680 x 1050) but might run a dual one in the future
I was thinking a gtx 1050 or something from amd with the budget being around 100 dollars

Just about anything is going to be an improvement over your integrated graphics. Don't worry about the CPU bottlenecking the card; at this point that's practically a given with Ivy Bridge. A newer-generation card will at least carry forward to your next PC, without being completely irrelevant.

You've got a full tower case, so at least you're not limited to low profile cards. However, your power supply is going to severely limit your options. Does it even have a single six-pin power connector? Replacing it with a higher-capacity power supply is an option, but that's going to take enough of your budget that you'd only be able to pick up a low power graphics card anyway.

What country are you shopping in? Knowing that will help with finding secondhand parts.

Honestly, if I were in your shoes I would keep saving. You're already not far off from what 6th and 7th gen PCs go for on eBay in the US, and their built-in graphics (while nothing spectacular) will run circles around your existing PC. Don't but any parts for it that you can't bring to a newer PC, unless they're very inexpensive.

I sold my soul for ProSupport.

Your biggest issue will be the PSU. Your PC uses a 250W Delta PSU with the TFX standard. A 1050 would probably work but running 2 screens won't give you decent fps while gaming with that card and getting something faster would probably require too much power. Upgrading to 16 GB of RAM would be good as well but DDR3 prices aren't worth it. The biggest jump will be the graphics card. Even something like a GT 1030 would be a massive jump in fps.

No six pin connector that i know of, i live in romania so there arent many options for seccond hand parts and i was thinking of buying first a gtx 1680 with a evega 500w psu but i would have to double my budget for that , i was looking for gpu's that would work on my pc and found a couple models of gtx 1050 ti's but i read most of them need external psu power
