While gaming I have 100 ping no matter what I do. I have 100mb/s download and 10mb/s updload. I have turned on Qos but I only has something called shaper settinngs and the settings my Isp gives me is really limited. I tried updating my changing the ethernet cable and I still have terrible ping. When I try updating the drivers the Pc cant detect my ethernet cable

Sounds like a combination of things. A...bad routing by your isp. B... The servers you're connecting to are geographically far away.

Run this and post pics of the results

https://www.pingplotter.com/

It'll help us determine where the issue may lie (and it might very well be your ISP)

I dont know how to use this app. Is this usefull?

Yes, that is okay, you ping google.com from your house, and the program shows us what's going on. See where you have Packet Loss (PL%)? That should be as close to zero as possible.

Run some more pings to other places, msn.com, cnn.com, steam (whatever steam's webpage address is) and so forth.

See what you get when it comes to Packet Loss and post the screenshots here

The router I have is from my isp

Might be time for a new one. Are you connecting to it wired, or wirelessly?

Well wired because I already have a lot of cables running from my router to other stuff so it would be more convenient to just swap the router

If your ISP balks at replacing the modem/router, you can show them the ping plotter results and tell them the line is unstable (high packet loss) as a reason for replacing the modem/router.
