You just put a generic list, make sure to put the one on top of the list for it to work

You have two different memory kits. Do you really want that (it won't work well) or is it just an editing error?

Sorry I should have said that, I'm just trying to decide between the two I don't want to use two different memory kits. I'm leaning more towards the G.Skill

G.Skill is my brand preferences for memory. But both are decent.

You could get a faster G.Skill kit for around the same cost. https://pcpartpicker.com/product/tkQcCJ/gskill-trident-z5-rgb-32-gb-2-x-16-gb-ddr5-6000-cl36-memory-f5-6000j3636f16ga2-tz5rk or https://pcpartpicker.com/product/mhJgXL/gskill-trident-z5-rgb-32-gb-2-x-16-gb-ddr5-6000-cl36-memory-f5-6000j3636f16gx2-tz5rk.

Getting a high end RTX 4090 for 1.200 USD strikes me as somewhat optimistic. The Strix you picked currently retails for 2.000 USD.

Also, you might wanna wait for AMD to release their Ryzen 7000X3D CPUs, since they will possibly beat the 13900K in gaming performance without melting your PSU.
