if it isn't, can you recommend a pc that is reliable under $800?

Hard to tell since its a prebuilt by Newegg, ABS is there in-house brand, so the parts will vary system to system since its not listed out exactly which parts are used.

I personally wouldn't since I cant research the individual parts since I don't know what it fully comes with.

I would it's just I'm scared to mess something up or plug in the wrong cable into the wrong spots especially the usb headers and the cables that are very fragile, I don't think I can do it.

nah bro I felt the same I went for it though and it was easy gotta believe in ur self u know

this abs pc has bad airflow and is not really worth the price these days prebuilt like abs aren't really good in terms of features I strongly recommend u build a pc by yourself to have value for money
