Hello, I have a few questions regarding a Lenovo Ideapad 3 laptop; currently there's installed 16 GB of SO-DIMM DDR4 3200 memory, even though it's 8gb soldered to the mainboard + 8gb stick, I can't get it to work in dual channel mode, but in the specs list it's clearly stated that it's dual channel capable. There's no option in the bios, any ideas how to turn it on? As for the graphics, it's an integrated Radeon, currently using 2GB of memory, that's maximum I can set it to in the bios. Is there any way to set it up at least to 4GB ?
