Need help with PSU

So I currently have Dell optiplex 7040 which contains i7-6700, 16gb ram, 2x 500 gb hdd and a 240W PSU.

So i don't have a gpu right now but I was considering to buy gtx 1650 ddr6 which is in my budget and i came across a video that said that gtx 1650 can be fitted in optiplex 7040 without needed to change/upgrade PSU.

So is my current PSU will work fine or do I need to upgrade my psu.

also if i need to upgrade my psu then which gpu will be compatible with my psu.

Should be able to do it without a problem, 1650 runs off board power only. Would check the output on the PSU for the rails just to make sure.
