"Sidetone" with soundcard and mixer combo possible?

So I have the AE-9 soundcard and the sound quality is outstanding! The only issue is there is no real way to have "sidetone" without awful delay. I got the Xenyx302 mixer for the instant sidetone feature, but don't want to lose the amazing quality of the AE-9. Is there a way to pair them up so I can have the sidetone and still have the audio of the AE-9? Thanks for any help!

You want a plain old mixer that works in the analog space, not another USB audio device.

If you want a plain'ol analog mixer, you can buy a crap metric ton of it for even cheaper than that. Studios throw overly expensive mixers out all the time, you can find these at online music stores. Open box barely used, or used. For new, that one is also a decent choice however. Hell some music stores even sell new high end analog mixers for cheap. Like you can actually buy a $500 mixer for $100 because nobody bought it inside some store's closet in many years.

I think you're overexaggerating that sound card, however. If I were you, I'd steer clear of that EMI collector and built something around the USB mixer.
