Need Help with RTX2060

So I sold I RTX 2060 that I had for half a year online, the buyer came, tested the gpu on my system, played cyberpunk 2077 on it for a few mins and he said it worked great.

 

When I had the gpu, it had no issues with it and I would play intensive games on it for hours and not a single problem with it.

 

Buyer takes it home and now is telling me it crashes on the games he plays and when he runs furmark/3dmark. He tells me it would black screen, hears the game running and the only way to get out of it is to reboot the pc. He told me he ran ddu and the other standard stuff.

 

Any idea on how a perfectly working GPU on my rig suddenly have all these issues as soon as the guy takes it home?

He told me it was a 2500k and he is running it with a questionable power supply, I was not able to get any other information from him.

 

I am not sure if this guy is trying to scam me after he did something to it or legit something happened to the card that I was not aware of.

Probably his power supply.
