Build Link: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Gww3Mb  (I was thinking about an AMD Build as well: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Kcrash/saved/YCwQdC Some SSD/HDs are missing, but I think you get the idea) But I do prefer Intel.

Budget (including currency):  $5500

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mostly Gaming, very light video editing/rendering

Other details: I already Own the Case, some of the HDD/SDDs, and the 4090. I would like to have 64 gigs of ram, as it helps with the video rendering/ editing. I am also trying to go for the color Purple for RGBs as I am a HUGE Minnesota Vikings Fan. Which is why I picked the mobo (but I am mostly also familiar with MSI), but I am open to suggestions. I am mostly checking to see if it is a valid build. As I am not sure what a few things mean like....

For Ram: (Don't know what it is referring to about #DPC #R???)
Max. overclocking frequency:
• 1DPC 1R Max speed up to 7600+ MHz
• 1DPC 2R Max speed up to 6600+ MHz
• 2DPC 1R Max speed up to 6400+ MHz
• 2DPC 2R Max speed up to 5600+ MHz

Then for Storage: (No idea what From CPU or From Chipset is referring to) - The 970 Evo is what I will be putting the OS on.
5x M.2 (Qty)
M.2_1 Source (From CPU) supports up to PCIe 4.0 x4 , supports 2280/2260 devices
M.2_2 Source (From CPU) supports up to PCIe 5.0 x4 , supports 22110/2280/2260 devices
M.2_3 Source (From Chipset) supports up to PCIe 4.0 x4 , supports 2280/2260 devices
M.2_4 Source (From Chipset) supports up to PCIe 4.0 x4 , supports 2280/2260 devices
M.2_5 Source (From Chipset) supports up to PCIe 4.0 x4 / SATA mode, supports 2280/2260 devices
6x SATA 6G port

(If anyone has any suggestions, I am open to them. I went with a lot of Corsair parts cause I have heard where icue or other RGB programs do not get along too well when they are on the same PC or running at the sametime. So I was trying to avoid that conflict lol). I know Thunderbolt is also a thing, but I have no idea what I would use it for.
