New Laptop Problems

Hello guys, a friend of mine bought a new laptop with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800U , and he just updated his drivers (from 25/10/2022) and now almost any games just goes like 80-90%. And games i mean Overwatch and Paladin. I tried to back roll his driver. Still the same problem. I was thinking if i should uninstall all his drivers and install them again. But idk if that gonna work. Please, help?

80–90% of what? CPU usage, GPU usage, RAM usage?

If you're talking about GPU usage, check the CPU. If at least one of its cores is pegged at 100%, then you're running into a CPU limit. If you're talking about CPU usage, that's typically not an issue, the game simply doesn't need more CPU to run at its current frame rate.

it went everything, like literally, everything, the CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD. Now its solved, it was some' bios updates and mobo drivers. Its fixed now, thanks anyway and sorry for late response
