I am getting regular graphics pauses (a bit faster than once per second) while gaming. Sound is not affected, but the pauses are significant and noticeable. It happens in multiple games, such as CS:GO, Satisfactory, and Eldenring. Recently it just started in VTOL VR after I got the heli DLC which made me feel sick where previously it ran fine. FPS can be high, sitting on a solid 60FPS+ but the pauses still happen.

Lowering settings reduces the pause time (or eliminates it), but the frequency of the pauses is unchanged.

PC is an old workhorse from a company I worked for with a graphics card added in. I am aware that it's older and might need replacing, but with the FPS often remaining high I feel like the raw power is there.

Some old speed fan logs attached. Pauses significant on high, pauses gone on low (but butt ugly).
