For what purpose?

current PC:

Ryzen 5 5600 |16GB DDR4 3200Mhz | B450 | GTX 1080 ti [further details on my profile]

  1. Pentium G4500 | 4GB/8GB DDR4 2133Mhz | H110 | GTX 1050
  2. Ryzen 3 1200 3,5Ghz / OC:4Ghz | 8GB DDR4 2133Mhz / 16GB 3200Mhz | B450 | GTX 1050

You might be able to snag a 1650 for that price used. Failing that, probably a 1050Ti or an RX 6400.

 

Performance would be 1650 > RX 6400 > 1050Ti. The first 2 are relatively similar in performance while the 1050Ti is markedly slower, but you will be more likely to find one at that price.

I +1 this. The 1050ti is a solid GPU. I've got one in my boy's computer and it's been running strong for oh boy, several years now. It still plays lots of current titles. Most notably were games like Ghost Recon Wildlands, Ghost Recon Breakpoint, and The Division 2. They weren't max settings, but easily mid settings happily. Solid GPU if you can swing it.

Yea the 1050Ti is still okay for 1080p medium in lighter/older/esport titles, though 2021 and newer AAA games may be a struggle at anything above very low settings.

 

FSR or even NIS will be your best friend.

I play on medium-high-ultra on some of the Esport games and I have just 1050

i couldnt get a 1050 or 1050 ti locally in my budget sadly
