USB Drives not accessible and ejected after 15 sec. or something like that

When I plug in my usb drive to usb port (tried all the ports and results is same) my usb drive just appeared a few sec. in file explorer and the file explorer mostly just not responsive. my windows detected the usb as 2 par. (1st par. no storage/2nd par. 99.6mb , the size of usb drive is 32GB) After it ejected itself, the file explorer become normal again but the usb just gone. Is there any solutions for this?
