5700xt driver timeout

So the story is I have a 5700xt power color red devil, and for a good while it's been going good with no old blue screens (not bsod) just a gpu blue screen like something made the gpu crash. But earlier this year it started to black screen but only of I try to game on it for some reason. Not sure if this help but I'm usually streaming and recording my games too. 

I record with OBS for just the gameplay part and stream with slobs for overlays.

 

My specs is a 11700k oc to 4.7ghz

5700xt on OC bios cause I thought maybe the silent profile was the cause

32gb ram at 3600mhz 

Torpedo z590 mobo
