Better Discord theme

I just found out abt better discord and i wanna know, is it fine if i use it for the theme? Like will it be bannable and if i do get banned how long will i be banned? I wanna use better discord for the sole purpose of the custom theme.

I would use OpenAsar if you just want themes, it's lighter and usually doesn't break with updates (just needs to be reinstalled)

As for the risk of being banned from using any client modifications, it's minimal. Unless you are going around using plugins that do stuff like view deleted messages or spam API requests (like having an automatically updating role, name, status, etc.) or posting pictures of your custom discord in official discord servers it's very unlikely discord will care.

AFAIK discord's ToS doesn't allow modified clients but it's still kind of a grey area, discord isn't going out of their way to ban users for just using client modifications.
