Which devices did you try? More interestingly even which outputs did you use?

Thank you for your answer i tested this with My Monitor Connected with hdmi same issue, and tested it with 3 g935 headsets wired and wireless ones i can confirm that those headsets work on diffrent computers i got no clue what i can do to fix this issue besides a new motherboard.

FIRST troubleshoot the ports and jacks it might not be the drivers that are the issue. A bad jacks can cause all sorts of interference.

I love PC building and gaming.
REMEMBER botttlenecks can happen at all points of a PC part. Make sure you are at equilibrium. For all parts unless you intend to upgrade at a later point. Also QA Tested AAA Games.

I think it is unlikely that the motherboard is causing this issue. The moment you switch between multiple digital speakers, you are also changing the DAC (digital to analog converter).

If this was something that would only happen with one of the analog audio outputs I could see it being caused by the motherboard.

Do you have a sample of the sounds that you could upload here?

Sometimes it's possible to recognize what could be causing it just from experience.

I tested all of the usb ports audio over hdmi and the 3.5mm audio slot everyone gave me that "pop/crackling" sound when i turn the volume or down

I meant if you could upload a recording of the cracking and popping sounds recorded from your speakers 😛

Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Sounds like a windows update might be the issue 🤔

Then logically yeah it sounds like a mobo issue if it persisted between win builds,

Yeah, very clearly.

I don't think it's caused by that, because the issue comes also up on a purely digital recording of the sound output. At that point the motherboard is not involved.

But its defnitely a weird issue and I've never experienced anything like it. I can only imagine that it might be related to certain frequencies and that the change in volume is causing a frequency change.

I assume this is somewhat true, but i still cant explain myself how this is possible since i tested it on multiple playback devices and different mp3s to test it out

If the motherboard has a malfunctioning part it could be creating interference to the overall audio output. I don't think @OnlyaNameis gonna wanna whip out a mobo part by part blueprint and have to sort through components to figure out where malfunctioning filter for sound is near the sound output region on the mobo. This is gonna require a knowing what frequency and filter level the filters should be at and be comfortable with probably soldiering and unsoldering small parts. Is kinda my argument why its better to return or rma the mobo or outright just get an upgrade.
