Fan controller for new build.

I'm getting this case for my new build but a lot of the reviews say that the included fan controller is trash and in some cases have caught on fire. Can someone direct me to a good replacement fan controller?

I have this cased it's fine. I would be skeptical about it catching on fire, it's a fan controller not a GPU, and there's nothing flammable near it.
