The encoder on the Intel iGPU is slightly better than NVENC on a 3000 series card and significantly better than NVENC on your current card but otherwise there is not much of a benefit of having an iGPU besides using it as a troubleshooting tool when there is something wrong with your main GPU.

iGPU is great for troubleshooting if your graphics card craps out. Otherwise, up to you what CPU to pick.

165mm is the CPU cooler height. RAM height affects the 2nd fan position, so it may raise it otherwise.
