Hello,

I've been having an issue recently where 16.1 out of 32 gigs of ram are hardware reserved. I've tried doing the following to fix.

- double checked to make sure I'm running 64bit win10

- msconfig to uncheck max memory

- mcedit to edit the memory management

- updated OS (win 10)

- updated BIOS

- swapped RAM

- reset BIOS to default settings

At this point I'm out of ideas and google searches are now displaying repetitive 'fixes'. hardware list below

- Asrock b450m steel legend

- Ryzen 7 2700x

- Tforce 8gb ram sticks x4

- asus tuf gaming RTX 3070

I've had this setup (minus the GPU) for about two years with no issues, GPU was replaced 10/18/21 with no issues as well.
