Blank screen on startup

So i just tried booting up my pc, which was working fine yesterday, and what i got was a black screen with a white line. No BIOS logo or whatever is the usual. Please help

 

Edit: ive tried restarting it about 3 times with the same results

apparently there was a power outage, what now?

Well i fixed it. Unplugged everything, turned it on, turned it off and plugged everything back in. Hope this helps someone

Seen the same basic thing with Ryzen on a board with RAM that wasn't QVL'd for it. Drove me nuts for months. Reseating RAM / GPU helped temporarily but did the same thing every 8-12 cold boots, and froze in sleep mode. Seemed to run fine otherwise. Took a couple months from new build to start doing this but when it did, OH BOY. Ultimately the RAM was not on the board manufacturer's QVL list, and the problem persisted until I replaced it with RAM that was.
