MacBook with Windows

Hey ,
here is Noah from Germany i have an question for an Setup.
Is it possible to buy an M1 Pro MacBookPro with 32 gb of ram and then make a Win 11 virtual Machine in Parallels Desktop and then play Fortnite with each 16gb ram in macos and 16 on windows. Or also try to use an external gpu in windows. I’m asking this because i don’t want to use two machines or only windows.

eGPUs on MX Macs is basically not a thing because no one is writing drivers/kexts to support non-x86 Macs. Parallels Desktop is an option, so is CrossOver.

 

I would take a look if the games you're playing are even playable.

Now lucky for you, you might be able to forgo using Parallels or CrossOver for Fortnite.
