Hello!

I wanted to install Arco Linux B, and everything was fine, but once the installation was done and i rebooted, there was no output on the screen and no usb devices were getting any power.

I thought of taking out the cmos battery, to reset the bios settings, but i cant get to it lol. Should i just try to get it out and put it back, or is there something else i can do?

There may be a jumper or button you can also press depending on your motherboard. Usually not much easier to get at though.

Hello!

Unfortunately, this seems to be an issue with that particular version of Linux and there is no known solution to it. You could try asking in the ArcoLinux forums for guidance but from what I've been able to see, there is little you can do other than trying a different distribution of Linux.

I'm sorry I couldn't be of any help but do let us know if there are any other developments with your issue or if you would like to ask anything else.

Cheers! (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧

Hey there!

I did some digging and there is a tech support page on the official forums with a list of solutions that you may be able to try out. I'm not a Linux wizard but you may be able to understand this post and fix your issue. Let us know if that solves your problem.

Good luck and cheers! (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧
