Surround sound amplifier

Hello folks, I know absolutely nothing about sound systems so some help would be very much appreciated!

 

I've currently got this tv. I have the speakers set up for 7.1 surround sound. I've been trying to figure out the most economical way to power these speakers. My first thoughts was with a HDMI audio extractor but then I realised I'd need an amplifier aswell so im not really sure what to do.

 

Im trying to spend under £200 if possible but if this is unrealistic i'm okay to go over.

The cheapest you can possibly go for 7.1 is a Sony STR-DH790.
