Logitech g500 problems

Hey guys,

 

My buddy has some problems with his mouse, it keeps disconnecting. Its very annoying when we play CS.

 

The mouse is a Logitech G500.

 

Many say its a audio driver problem.

 

Can some help?

try a different port? is it in a hub? try a different mouse to see if its a computer problem or mouse problem?
