is there any difference between the r9 265 or the r9 270? the have the same clockspeeds and streamproccesors

The 265 is a HD7850 while the 270 is the HD7870

The 270 has more stream processors so even with a lower clocks speed. The 270 is faster.

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
