You should probably get a graphics card… that’s a pretty important component for gaming. You technically can game without one with the cpu you have, but you may not get the best framerates.

You can get a 2080, but it would blow all your budget

I'm taking this as you don't have any of those parts, but if you do feel free to correct me. ( and in that case I'd reccommend waiting for rdna 3 to release and get yourself a 7800xt)

A 12400 is a better choice since a 12700k isn't necessary for gaming

Cheap cooler to help with thermals and noise

Good board for the price

16gb of ram which Is enough for most games

Decent 1tb storage

A 6700xt which is a good price to performance card 

Nice case imo and a good 650 watt psu.
