100% GPU usage when doing absolute nothing

I've just noticed this, and in task manager, I tried to find any applications that might cause this, closed all background apps and it's still doing this. In the Nvidia overlay, it detects it as 3% usage, but in task manager its at 100%. I am pretty sure it's not just task manager being inaccurate since when I first started my pc, It was at 24 degrees celcius. Now its gone up to 37. Any ideas to fix this issue?

Ok, then just roll back to the previous drivers installed. Here's how  https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/driver-rollback/#:~:text=Double-click on Display Adapters,Click on Roll Back Driver

Occassionaly visits the forum when I have nothing to do at work.
