Blue Screen

Hello.

 

I have been getting blue screen about 2 times a week. Anyone know what the issue could be? I upgraded GPU from a 2070 super to a 3080ti. Also upgraded power supply to 850 W. Not sure if this is quite the problem as i was getting the blue screen before. 

Also noticed i started loosing FPS. I was running steady 240 and now running 160-200 and frames jump up and down with gaming. (no game video setting were changed..)
