Best GPU for 550w?

Now that GPU prices are coming down, i want to upgrade my GPU and i'd like your help

I've read confliction opinions regarding power consumption that makes me consider the higher option.

I have Seasonic Focus GX 550w, and there are some good deals on new RX 6700 xt and used 3070 locally.

Should i get one of those, or should i just stick with the safe option (RTX 3060, RX 6600)?

For the CPU, i'm still using R5 3600.

It'll be tighter, more so with the 3070 ti but may be fine with an undervolt.
