Minecraft bedrock cursor off screen

I got a new pc and whenever i play minecraft bedrock, when i move my mouse to high on the screen or too low my mouse goes off game (i dont think its locked into minecraft bedrock) whenever i play any other game this doesnt happen, why is this happening and how do i fix it?
